The Commonwealth Commerce Center is a 400,000 square foot multi-use facility providing custom space for conferences, banquets, office, retail, education, and storage.

The initial portion of this multi-phased project consisted of the reconstruction of existing parking areas and adjacent street, an improved vehicular entrance and parking layout for the facility, an upgraded new enclosed main entrance to the building, accessible approaches with concrete retaining walls to the new entrance, improved exterior lighting, and landscaping enhancements.

The ambitious schedule for this phase of construction required starting work in October of 2013 and completing critical items (concrete curb, sidewalks, and hot mix asphalt paving) prior to cold weather in mid November 2013.

O’Harrow personnel coordinated construction activities and informational signage with the Commonwealth Commerce Center to allow for normal vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility during construction of the project.
