The Heat Controller building is an older industrial building in Jackson County Michigan designed and built in various phases by O’Harrow Construction. The owner recently engaged O’Harrow to design and build a complete office renovation which included executive offices, new sales and financial departments, restrooms and a break area. The exterior features a clean crisp exterior insulation finish system which updated a 1960 era facade to a present day look. The entire complex covers approximately 100,000 s.f.
