The building was designed for the Midwest Bank as an eight story building, but was completed as four stories. The basement and structural frame is supported on pilings driven into rock. The exterior walls are covered with white Georgia marble. First floor offices outside of the tower structure are faced with brown structural tile. The building has double elevators, a central heat and air system, fire sprinklers and various tenant finishes.  It is currently home to Flagstar Bank.
