Under budget and ahead of schedule! This was O’Harrow Construction’s second project for the owner of this 64,000 SF. retail development located south of Jackson, Michigan. This “not-to-exceed” design /build project includes a design by George Covalle Associates Architects with site, structural steel, mechanical and electrical design done in house. Conventional structural steel, split faced masonry, store front glazing, and cathedral canopy help complete this unique design. The proudest moment on the project would be turning the 35,00 SF. Polly’s Food Store from a steel skeleton and dirt floor to a finished store for the grand opening in seven weeks during late winter. Substantial savings on this project were refunded to the owners.
