American 1 Expands Vandercook Lake Branch

The existing building at this location was originally designed and constructed by O’Harrow Construction in the mid 1990’s. The current project consists of the design and construction of a 1,320 square foot addition that includes office space, restrooms, and renovations to the front entrance of the existing building. The addition uses wood framing with brick veneer, roofing, and exterior trim that matches the look of the original building. Additional parking areas were also provided for customer convenience.

O’Harrow personnel coordinated construction activities with America 1 to allow for the normal operation of the business during the renovation.

The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2013.
