The current Seymour Ford/Lincoln dealership at this location was designed and constructed by O’Harrow Construction in 2004. Our ongoing project consists of the design and construction of a separate 9,750 square foot body shop and expansion of the dealership’s lighted parking area. The new body shop building consists of a prefabricated metal building with reinforced masonry and decorative sheet metal exterior walls and includes work areas (including a paint booth), office space, and restrooms. Utilities and site work requirements were considered for the building location and the owner’s operations.

O’Harrow personnel coordinated construction activities with Seymour Ford /Lincoln to allow for the normal operation of the business during construction.

The project should be completed in the fall of 2013.
