Scott Gillett Expands PE Registrations

Scott M. Gillett, P.E., Vice President of Engineering recently obtained registration as a Professional Engineer in the states of New York, North Carolina and Kansas. O’Harrow Construction/Thrush Engineering is now authorized to design projects in 15 states. Scott has a degree in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University and has been a Licensed Professional Engineer in various states for 28 years.
