Swan Steel Facilities Upgraded

Facilities for Swan Steel were recently upgraded. The upgrades included a building enclosure of an area adjacent to the existing steel shop building (adding 9600 square feet additional space) and adding a new 10 ton high speed overhead crane. The new 10 ton crane replaced a 3 ton unit and will increase overall efficiency of Swan Steel’s operations. In house structural engineering was performed to assure the existing structure could accept the new heavier crane loads.
